When exactly do I pay?
Your first client is free — no card needed. After that, you pay only when we deliver a client to you, at that service’s fixed price. If we deliver no clients in a month, you pay nothing that month.
What counts as a “delivered client”?
A real person in your area who requested your service, with a name, a valid phone number, and a description of what they need. If the phone number doesn’t exist or the person never requested anything, report it and that client isn’t charged.
Do you give the same client to several businesses?
No. Each client is delivered to one business only: yours. You don’t compete with other companies for the same client inside Prometux.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There’s no monthly fee and no long-term contract. You choose how many clients you want per month, and you can pause or stop the service anytime.
Do you do the work or talk to my client?
No. We only deliver the client to you. You call them, you quote, and you do the work. The client relationship and the money from the job are 100% yours.
How do I pay after my free client?
